How your data is handled

ORYVANE has no accounts. Anyone can investigate immediately, and nothing ties your activity to a profile.

Your history

Reports and saved findings are kept only in this browser's local storage on this device. They are not uploaded to an ORYVANE database, and no other visitor can see them. Clearing browser data or using private browsing removes them.

What is sent

The text you submit, and any photo or document you choose to scan, is sent once to our AI and public web search providers to produce the report. Requests are not linked to an identity.

Uploaded files

Original photos and documents are processed in memory and never stored. Only the extracted text is kept, inside the report in your browser.

Camera & microphone

Requested only when you press Open camera or Speak. Voice is transcribed by your browser's speech recognition; ORYVANE does not record or keep audio.

Follow-up questions

The assistant uses a sealed, tamper-proof copy of the report's evidence that expires after 2 hours. After that, run a fresh investigation to ask more.

Abuse protection

Requests are limited per connection using a one-way hashed key; the raw network address is not stored.

Download any report as a readable document or JSON, or print it to PDF, from the report page.
